Roadside Assistance

National Warranty Division offers the most comprehensive road-side assistance program for the entire life of your policy.

We provide customers of our warranty program a membership into ‘Road America Motor Club’, at no additional cost, for the entire term of the policy. Even though we hope you are never faced with a roadside emergency, we are extending this benefit to provide additional ‘peace of mind’ to our consumers and their families.

Benefits of ‘Road America Motor Club’

• Emergency Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day/365 days a year- Upon enrollment in an extended service contract with National Warranty Division, you will be provided with a toll-free number which will allow access to our motor club network throughout the United States and Canada. ‘Covered emergencies’ are subject to a $50.00 per occurrence limitation.
• Towing Assistance- If your car cannot be started or driven, a contracted service provider will tow your vehicle to a service facility.
• Battery Assistance- If a battery failure occurs, a jump start will be applied by a service technician to start the covered vehicle.
• Flat Tire Assistance- A technician’s service consists of removal of the flat tire and its replacement with a customer provided spare tire.
• Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service- A service vehicle will be dispatched to deliver an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water if you are in immediate need.
• Emergency Lock-Out Assistance- In the event that your keys are locked inside the vehicle, our service technician will provide assistance in gaining entry to the vehicle.

Additional Policy Benefits

• Rental- In the event of a covered mechanical failure, there will be reimbursement for actual expenses occurred for substitute transportation at the maximum daily rate of $35.00 per day, not to exceed 6 days.
• Travel Expenses- In the event of a covered mechanical failure, there will be reimbursement for up to $100.00 per day for a period not to exceed 5 days for restaurant, meals, and lodging that you incur for staying at a hotel/motel when your vehicle can not be operated and is more than 100 miles from your home.

P2000 Additional Mileage- This benefit will increase the mileage benefits, for any selected term, with 12,000 bonus miles for the engine and transmission (interal parts only) when the Premium 2000 Plus additive is installed in both your engine and transmission. This additive will also assist in reducing corrosion, increasing gas mileage, and reducing emissions. To receive this additional benefit, contact an Enrollment Specialist for pricing information.
