Read What People Are Roy E "Thank you for your assistance and attentiveness in the processing of my claim last month. Again, thank you for the outstanding customer service!” On this Thanksgiving Day, I wanted to stop and drop you a note of thanks for being so nice to help me with our recent claim. I appreciate your spirit of understanding in our situation. Thanks to your goodness, we were able to secure a successful payment for the work done to my wife’s mini van. You will never know how much your sincere spirit means to me. When I was up against the wall, you were willing to step in and assist us in a special way/ Thank you for your compassion. I appreciate you going the extra mile on our behalf.” David H "I had a repair serviced today at Chrysler Jeep which you approved. This was my first encounter with your warranty services, and I could not be more pleased. Thank You.” “Thank you for your prompt attention. The service I received from your company was outstanding! Your company delivered as promised.” Ken S "I would like to say I received only the best service and my mechanical service company representatives were satisfied with the response they received. They should definitely be complimented.” Keith J Robert R

FAQs 1. When does my extended service plan begin and expire? 2. What is the procedure if I have a claim on my vehicle and how is the claim paid? 3. How is the deductible handled? For example, does each component repaired require a deductible? 4. What if my vehicle breaks down and I am not near my home? 5. Does the warranty coverage cover parts and labor? Wear and tear? 1. When does my extended service plan begin and expire? The National Warranty Division program begins 30 days and 1,000 miles from the date the vehicle is enrolled in the plan or immediately, if it is still under the original manufacturer warranty or once it has passed an inspection. The plan will expire according to the time and/or mileage of the coverage you select, whichever occurs first. 2. What is the procedure if I have a claim on my vehicle and how is the claim paid? The National Warranty Division program is hassle-free. In the event of mechanical failure, you may bring your vehicle or have it towed by Road America to any licensed repair facility. The repair facility will call the National Warranty Division claim facility advising us as to your agreement number, diagnosis of failure and cost of repair. Our claim facility will issue an authorization amount to repair all covered items and will pay for repairs directly via Corporate Credit Card or Check, depending on their preference. 3. How is the deductible handled? For example, does each component repaired require a deductible? If you choose a plan that has a deductible, it is ‘per visit’ not ‘per item’. 4. What if my vehicle breaks down and I am not near my home? National Warranty Division provides a roadside assistance program through Road America Motor Club, for the entire life of your policy, which complements our comprehensive coverage. We can assist you and your vehicle 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Also if you are more than 100 miles from your home, we will cover expenses up to $500 for lodging and meals while the repair is being made. 5. Does the warranty coverage cover parts and labor? Wear and tear? National Warranty Division plans cover 100% of parts and labor charges, and all applicable taxes less the deductible. All of the programs offered by National Warranty Division will protect your vehicle when a part has worn beyond the manufacturer's tolerance. The program does not cover items such as brake pads or brake rotors. It is important for you to understand the difference between the term "wear and tear" and "normal wear items." 6. Are seals and gaskets covered as a ‘stand alone’ item or only if the replacement is required as part of the repair? Seals and gaskets are covered as stand alone items in National Warranty Division programs as well as in conjunction with the repair of a covered component. 7. Where else is the National Warranty Division extended service plan/contract honored and do you have any recommended service facilities? Because National Warranty Division is accepted at all licensed repair facilities, we don’t need to recommend specific facilities. However, we are accepted at facilities such as Pep Boys, Firestone, AAMCO and many more. 8. Do I have to go back to my original dealer for repairs? What happens if my dealer does not want to accept the National Warranty Division plan? Our customers have the option of taking the vehicle to the dealership or any licensed repair facility throughout the United States or Canada. |
