They should definitely be complimented.” Keith J "I had a repair serviced today at Chrysler Jeep which you approved. This was my first encounter with your warranty services, and I could not be more pleased. Thank You.”

FAQs 1. I have not had any problems with my vehicle to date. Do I really need an extended service plan? 4. Who co-ordinates the inspection and is there an additional cost? 5. Where is my Vehicle Identification Number? 1. I have not had any problems with my vehicle to date. Do I really need an extended service plan? An extended protection plan allows you to maintain your savings in case of an expensive repair and offers you peace of mind. An extended service plan also enhances the value of any automobile; therefore it is a great feature for anyone who is going to sell a vehicle. 2. Do I have to pay for the plan all at one time or does National Warranty Division have other payment options? National Warranty Division offers an interest-free payment plan to fit into anyone’s budget. We realize the importance of this coverage and make it affordable to everyone. For more information, please call a National Warranty Division Plan Specialist at 1-866-232-0022. 3. Does my vehicle require a mechanical inspection prior to my enrollment in the National Warranty Division program? If your vehicle does not meet certain criteria, it may need to pass a mechanical inspection before an extended service plan from National Warranty Division can become effective. Your policy would then become active upon receipt of a Passed Vehicle Inspection Form. Please contact a Warranty Warehouse Plan Specialist at 1-866-232-0022 to discuss inspection procedures. 4. Who co-ordinates the inspection and is there an additional cost? Select Inspections, an affiliate of our claims administrator co-ordinates all inspections. You have a cost only if one or more of your vehicle’s assemblies does not pass inspection and you decide not to correct the assemblies identified as needing repair. Assuming your vehicle’s assemblies do pass or identified mechanical problems are corrected, your vehicle then passes inspection. National Warranty Division absorbs the cost of the inspection as long as you proceed with coverage. 5. Where is my Vehicle Identification Number? Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on the driver-side dashboard of your vehicle. You can also find your VIN number on the title to your vehicle, your insurance card, and your registration card. |
